Yes, thank the oil companies and their lackeys the Republicans, who have received MILLIONS of dollars in campaign contributions from corporations, across the board, and the oil companies.  The lack of change to alternative power has cost us the planet.  Soon things will get worse, ala, the day after tomorrow. THE REASON GLOBAL WARMING IS BEING FOUGHT SO VEHEMENTLY IS THAT IF SOMEONE HAS CAUSED IT, SOMEONE CAN BE BLAMED,  SOMEONE CAN BE SUED FOR LOSSES INCURRED BY THEIR ACTIONS OR LACK THERE-OF.  Think about it!!!!!!!!!!!
