4,000

It's an incredibly sad number. I read another number, some months back. That number was 73,000. it's maybe 100,000 by now. The number difference is in the definition of criteria. Does it (4000) work statistically? What percent of what would one have during this particular event. The math is that 4000/1,500,000=0.002....so is that 2/10ths of a percent? or 100,000/1,500.000=0.06 or 6 %??? Which is more likely? Cryptic??? Against the day, my brother!
